10 inspirations for me to design..... everyone needs one.

Hey there.... so now here is something which I wanted to make up into another blog topic.

What inspires me to design or style or to create anything. Well... I find inspiration in almost everything. But, there is always some really important ones.
So, here are those 10 things which I like to have as my inspiration.

1. Indian Culture:Every time I step out, I see people with different way of lifestyle. Different way of wearing clothes, following different cultural ethics. All that has always inspired me.

2. Fashion magazine:
My aspiration to get inspired always becomes stronger each time I go through a fashion magazine. Harper's bazaar, Vogue, L'Officiel, Elle and many such magazines. The glossy and colorful paper throwing up information and updates on my mind every time I open it.

3. Bollywood:
Now as someone who loves to see fashion magazines and observe Indian culture, how can I not get inspired by BOLLYWOOD. All the Jhatkaas, Glamour and those amazing trend setting songs and movies. This inspires me any time and any day.

4. Accident/ Surprise
Sometimes just looking at something randomly interesting can give a striking idea to design. that's why when you design with something called as a accidental inspiration things come out pretty amazing.

5. Music:
Listening to different genres of music gives different ideas. When I don't have any hand on material, I look at music as my inspiration.

6. Archaeological buildings:
Asymmetric or Symmetric Geometry comes only from Archaeology. Who says Stones and metal can't be inspiring? It has been the oldest trick in the book for so many designers to get the inspiration work done.

7. Travelling:
Going to new places and meeting new people widens the knowledge.  Studying those places always works for me.

8. Hollywood
For me the Glam HOLLYWOOD of 50's and 60's is my all time inspiration. So, my hat tops always for Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and so many others.

9. History Of World Fashion
The next on my list is the History of World Fashion. now this gives me a tremendous inspiration. So, many things change around us every time and it is a cycle. So, the more I read the more I learn. That, is a Chain reaction.

10. Friend Circle:
Last but never ever the least, things my friends see and Wear. that itself inspires me for so many styling tips. Sometimes I get to put my experimenting hands on them. It is always great to have supportive friends.
